It is good for an adult and kids too and it is overall good and it's build quality is quite good and if u are buying this first time so this good item but I find quite difficult to install it's good can hold up to 200 kg

The product is very good . Absolutely the best Only by looking and holding the bar gives a premium quality experience. Also thankyou to Amazon the service was very good and quick my order arrived within 2 days but when I tried to order the same from Flopkart it took two attempts and 3 weeks but still didn't arrive I was totally disappointed. Very good product for inhouse pull up for kids and adults. Product quality is good and stready. Adjusts to any without door frame. My child enjoy and it impro edge body stamina One observation, while hanging multiple time slight looseness observed. Suggestion: After few days, check the looseness and alignment.
