False claims:- No spare filters, no milk frother- Ordered HOPz and UPSCALE (more cost) and got both exactly same with no accessories- The 4 level filtration claimed is also suspect as it does not prevent coffee granules when pouring the coffeeNot value for money. Do not buy.
