Absolutely brilliant bar, easy to assemble, excellent quality and price, delighted!

Even though it only weighs 10kg, it feels solid and sturdy, for the price you can’t get better.

Nice entry level hex bar for light lifting, well balanced bolts together in minutes and if you’re low on space at home (& not heavy lifting) this bars ideal. Smaller and lighter than commercial use and not as robust. Use for controlled lifts only and not for dropping as this will buckle where the bar joins at the bolts and most likely damage the welding on the weight arms.

So initially when the little box arrived my first thought was “ this is going to be junk and I’ve been done”. But after 10 minutes putting it together I thought this looks and feels ok. So I stuck a couple of 50kg plates either side and did a couple of sets. Well I can confirm that the only creaking and moaning was coming from the mid fifties man lifting it. So I would recommend this as it’s solid and worth the money

Have had it in my shed with all my other gear which is not fully insulted and still it is fine 8 months later. Would recommend for a home gym.
