We bought this sim card to go to Palm Springs for four days and we wanted data and to be able to make long distance and local calls. The data worked but we could not make calls. We spent the first two days leaving messages with customer support and there was never anyone available at the time, they would phone back. Each time they phoned back it was eight hours later and they would take a bunch of information down and say they would get back to us. Never did. We tried numerous times and left numerous messages and they absolutely ignored us. We were never able to make any calls. Avoid this company at all costs. We have used sim cards from other companies and it was a seamless experience. If I could rate zero starts I would

I hate technology but this thing works easily and you can keep using it on future trips.

I didn’t have any service on the last day and it was a bad time to have no internet when you need to navigate across a few states.

I purchased this product because I needed Access to a USA phone while I was in the United States for 1 day. It worked for about a 1/2 an hour after I entered the United States after that I could get nothing on it no phone use no GPS nothing I am so disappointed and I would actually recommend that nobody buy this product I called the company they refused to do anything because it was used for a fraction of the of the data that I was supposed to have on it doesn't mean that it's any good This company is not a great company please do not buy anything from them as you will be very disappointed.

Doesn’t even work you when you try to load or buy off website I feel like it’s this scam card that you buy just cause it cheap and they just take your money and loop you around in circles to no where DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY even if it’s 5 bucks for the sim
