I got a washcloth with warm water and sprinkled baking soda on it then applied to my face. Once I rinsed it off, I continued to soak my face in baking soda and it eventually calmed down. READ THE INSRUCTIONS. Where it says to dilute this oil with a Carrier Oil, do it!. Carrier oils are jojoba oil, coconut oil, grapeseed oil. Use the 'Ask Rufus' and it will show you what to get. I can't stress this enough. But anyway, I am excited about all the uses that this oil provides. Do you research and you will be amazed at everything it does! Did I say it smells great! I ended up getting the Jojoba oil that Rufus suggested and diluting it. I also got little roll-on bottles to put the mixture of the Jojoba oil and the Helichrysum oil so I can roll it on my skin.
