I have been thinking of buying an electric pressure cooker and finally decided to buy this last week. As this is a little higher investment I was apprehensive as first, but comparing this with all other models I found this the best plus Morphy Richards name also resonated more than others. But now that's it's arrived, I am so happy that I ordered this. The ease and the utility by which you can make your food without the constant checking up is so nice. The first thing I made for my family was Kabuli. And it came out as perfect as always. The Cookbook along with this is so helpful and my husband has already started trying out a few things. Fortunately our gas connection also went off yesterday and because we had this, we quickly made tomota soup and Pulav in this. It took just 10-15 mins for each recipe. The silicon hand glove is also a great attachment to lift the inner pot. Overall love the product. Thanks Amazon and Morphy for this lovely product.
