These work great as replacements for silver brazing rods at a much lower costs.
I've used silver brazing rods for 40+ years. I bought these because they are much less expensive than silver. I tried them out and as far as I can tell they work just like silver rods. I think they might have a slightly lower melting point, which is fine with me. I like to go outside and work on my Ham Radio wire antennas. I use a Mapp gas torch for this. With the silver rods, it took a little more effort to melt then. These flow perfectly. The joint formed is hard as rock.

Brazing rod for jewelry making
I'm just learning how to braze in jewelry making. This was my first purchase. recommended from a professional metalsmither. Before using I cut them in thirds and ran them thru my rolling mill tight enough so they split. I learned that doing more than 1/3 they wouldn't split. By splitting you have less solder to go onto the metal and that's a good thing. Otherwise these are too thick for this process. When I run out I plan on buying more of the same.

Works well
Works well, flows good. I still don't trust it on anything important even though Ive had no problems. Still use 15% .

Good Stuff!
Worked great on some copper pipe, just follow the instructions and use acetylene! Propane and MAPP gas don't really work that well. Have to have a nice uniform heat for a good looking joint.

The price is right
I have been brazing in refrigerant lines for the past 28 years and always used the 15% sil-foss with no problems with flow or heat. This type does work well but does seem to need a bit more heat to the joint to get it to flow and as far as a solder joint behind and upside down, the solder runs away from the joint. I may need more time to adjust to it and I'm not to adept with this and will get the hang of this type solder. I probably will buy this product again as the silver prices are so unstable and so far this is performing really well.

Works great for HVAC lines
Bought these rods to braze and HVAC lines when I replaced my air conditioning unit in my home. These work perfectly had the right compound so that the material flowed nicely.

Acceptable Sil-fos substitute. No silver.
It works fine and costs a fraction of what sil-fos does. Very strong joint on copper-copper or copper-brass. Can be layered over a fluxed brazing rod to touch up a copper-steel joint, but won't stick to bare steel at all. Melts fine with oxy-propane, so not sure why someone complained about performance with oxy-MAPP? You definitely need oxy-fuel though. I have to dock a star for the naming. Don't call it "SIL" when there's no silver. You can still market it as a sil-fos replacement without trying to fool people.
