Dr. Formulated Kids+ Probiotic, Strawberry Banana, 30ct

We purchased the Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Organic Kids+ Probiotic for our 5-year-old, and we have been very happy with it. He likes the strawberry-banana flavor and has no trouble chewing one tablet daily. I especially like that each chewable provides 5 billion CFU from 14 probiotic strains, along with vitamin C and vitamin D3. It has no added sugar, does not require refrigeration, and the ingredients are clearly listed on the label. The child-sized serving is convenient, and our son has tolerated it well without any noticeable stomach discomfort. We also appreciate that it can be taken alongside his regular children’s multivitamin without creating excessive vitamin amounts when both products are used as directed. Overall, this is a convenient, well-formulated probiotic for children, and we would purchase it again.

I’ll be honest — I wasn’t sure how easy it would be to get a 6 and 8-year-old to take a daily supplement. Every other vitamin we’ve tried has turned into a negotiation. These are completely different. My kids remind me now. Every night before bed, they ask for their “gut tablet” like it’s part of the routine. That alone is worth five stars. Beyond the compliance win, we’ve genuinely noticed a difference. Both kids had a tendency toward occasional stomach complaints — the kind of vague “my tummy hurts” that’s hard to pin down but happened a few times a week. Since starting these, those complaints have basically disappeared. Digestion seems more regular, and they’ve stayed healthy through a couple of rounds of school bugs that hit their classmates harder. The chewable format is perfect for this age group. Not too sweet, not chalky — my pickier eater (the 6-year-old) has zero complaints, which is saying something. They’re easy to store, no refrigeration hassle, and the tablet size is totally manageable for young kids. If you’re on the fence about whether your kids will actually take them — in my experience, the answer is yes. Highly recommend for any parent trying to support their kid’s gut health without the daily battle.

My 7 year old was complaining pretty regularly about a stomach ache before bedtime. I have her take 1 of these before dinner and have not had any more complaints. She says they taste ok and hasn’t complained about an aftertaste or their texture

Got these for my son, but I tried them and they work better than any other probiotic that I have tried. They taste pretty gross though. My son breaks them in two and then swallows them.

I got this for my daughter because she was having some skin issues, and it really seemed to help. It was easy for her to take and didn’t cause any problems for us, which is always a parenting win. I’m giving it 4 stars because probiotics can be pricey and results can vary, but overall I’m happy with it. Her gut apparently needed a tiny wellness committee.

We purchased these to use while an antibiotic was prescribed. I wanted something to help the gut while using the medication. They had a really nice shuttle taste and the texture was easy to chew. They are about the size of a nickel. The price point was something I felt really comfortable with and I think I even got them on a little sale. I will come back for more of these Probiotics as they are great to have on hand with kiddos.

My kids have multiple allergies, so safe supplements are hard to find. We've tried other flavors, but kids only prefer the strawberry banana and it's definitely effective. They stay regular and i get to feel secure in a trusted brand that meets their allergy needs. Added to our subscribe and save because of value

My daughter really loves these pills, smell so good and taste great. She sees these vitamins as “candy” so if I forget she always reminds me to give her probiotics.

My son likes this probiotic, tastes good, no weird aftertaste.

The first time I got for my son. It was awesome. But the 2nd time it didn't work. Also, more expensive and less availability.

Chalky and disgusting, Hard to chew as an adult, so how can my kid be expected to break their teeth on this?
