This is the real thing. Purchased for sourdough - works exactly as advertised. Very fast - a second or two to read - very stable / no recal over months - doesn't clog, easy to rinse... for this price, this is really, really good. Only 1 decimal place but that's good enough for sourdough. Strongly recommend. I'll buy a second one just to support the vendor.

I use this for canning. I have had it for about a year now and it still works great and accurately. The tester is easy to use and comes with great instructions.

Why would you make a product that uses specialty batteries? Why not standard batteries? I've been to Walgreens, but none are available. I've been to CVS, where none are available. I'm going to Walmart now. However, the product works well, therefore my 4-star rating.

Great Product. Exceeded my expectations

I highly recommend this PH Meter, above all of the others I have tried. It is the most user friendly, very easy to calibrate with accurate ph readings. I tried about 6 other ph meters, as I use them for my business, this one is by far the best.

Expensive but worth it to make sure the sauce I’m canning is ok

I bought this to test the PH of my hot sauces before sending them for testing and it’s worked perfectly! It gave me readings that match exactly what my states testing facilities, it is extremely easy to use, and is a great price for home usage to ensure your products are where they need to be for food safety purposes

We needed it for testing sushi rice in accordance with our HACCP plan. Easy to calibrate. Easy to use and read for semi-solid and liquid foods. Came with everything we need. Haven’t had any issues yet.

I’ve been using the UIUZMAR Food pH Tester for my homemade skincare formulations, and I’m more than satisfied with its performance. Calibration was straightforward, making it easy to get accurate readings from the get go. I particularly appreciate the dual pH and temperature functionality, which adds versatility to the product and makes it useful for the projects I am undertaking. The product feels robust and well-made, providing confidence during use. However, I do recommend exercising caution as the tip looks a bit fragile and might be prone to damage if the meter is dropped onto hard flooring or scratched. Handling and storing it carefully will prolong its lifespan. This pH meter has been a fantastic tool for creating PH bapanced soaps, emulsified lotions, and shampoos. I'll also be using it to make products like yogurt, bread, and cheese in the future. One challenge I encountered is that I couldn’t find any information online about whether the battery was replaceable. I checked the product literature but there was no guidance. I will update this review and adjust the rating upwards if I am able to obtain confirmation from the manufacturer that the battery is replaceable. Update: star rating adjusted. The seller contacted me offering assistance and I now have confirmation that the battery compartment is accessible and the batteries are replaceable (See attached photo.) Also, replacement probe tips are available for purchase on the seller’s Amazon store. I am satisfied that this product offers both excellent functionality and value for money.

Très bon testeur que j'utilise dans le cadre de mon activité de traiteur à domicile. Affichage clair avec écran rétro-éclairé. Etalonnage simple, entretien facile. Juste penser à garder la sonde humide avec un peu d'eau distillée.
