Super! Je suis très satisfaite car moi qui souffrais des cervicales, au niveau des nerfs d Arnold, mes épaules etc… j’ai senti un soulagement vraiment significatif dés la première utilisation.

franchement je ne m attendais pas a un miracle , mais pourtant les jambes sont moins lourdes pendant mes courses , les douleurs sont atténuées , on ressent bien que cela aide à la récupération et cerise sur le gateau j'améliore considérablement ma vitesse moyenne sur une heure de course et cela sans m'en rendre compte. Alors oui le sel irrite légèrement la peau après l application mais pas de quoi en faire une critique, vu les sensations retrouvées et l'amelioration des performances je valide a 100 %

I have been buying this Organic Magnesium brand of magnesium oil for a few years now and I’m extremely happy with it. I usually buy the big 1000ml bottle as I use it every day and it works out very economical. But I wanted the smaller spray bottle too for travel purposes. (I will be able to refill this bottle from my big bottle, now I have it.) Having tried numerous brands, this is one I intend to stick with because I trust the claims of the brand and because it works for me. The magnesium is pure and sourced from the Zechstein seabed, which means it is of the highest quality and purity. It is 31% magnesium chloride, which is the maximum elemental magnesium you can get in liquid form, and is has absolutely nothing else added. The spray nozzle works perfectly, and they’ve also included a second spray nozzle, which is handy. It also comes with information and advice for use, which is nicely produced and very helpful when you begin using magnesium oil. Personally I most often massage it into the bottom of my feet at night, put on bedsocks, and leave it on. You can spray it anywhere on your skin, and you can wash it off after about 20 minutes if you prefer. Although it’s called an oil, there is no oil in it, but it does have a lovely silky kind of oily texture. If I go to bed immediately after spraying it on my feet without wearing bed socks, I can sometimes see faint temporary water marks on my sheet where my feet were - a bit like sea water (I suppose it’s the magnesium salt?). But it washes off completely with no detergent, it’s nothing like an oil mark. For me the benefits are huge - relaxation of my muscles and much better sleep. Pain relief where I use it too. I also take magnesium supplements by mouth to help heartbeat regularity, but I find that this transdermal oil relaxes me like nothing else. If I don't use it, I feel the difference. If you are looking to see if transdermal magnesium will suit you, this is a great size to buy to try it out. And if you are travelling, it is perfect. I recommend this particular brand ("Organic Magnesium") and it is worth the current price of £9. But if you find it as helpful as me, you’ll be bulk buying their 1000ml bottles too! (PS They even sent a bonus mini Ritter Sport chocolate in the delivery - nice touch!)

Sinceramente non conoscevo le proprietà dell'olio di magnesio e mi sembrava irrealistico quello che veniva pubblicizzato, ma dopo averlo provato per qualche giorno effettivamente ho notato dei benefici. Personalmente lo sto applicando sulle gambe dopo un intensa attività fisica (corsa), ne spruzzo un po' sulle mani e massaggio le gambe, dopo qualche istante si avverte una lieve sensazione di formicolo/prurito sulla pelle e realmente dopo qualche minuto noto i muscoli meno contratti, sicuramente un po' del merito va anche ai massaggi che si effettuano per applicare l'olio, che prima non facevo, ma per un uso locale trovo l'olio un ottimo aiuto. Per quanto riguarda le controindicazioni, purtroppo confermo che l'applicazione è poco pratica, principalmente perché dopo l'uso la pelle resta un po' appiccicosa e non è il massimo dopo una doccia, ma anche perché non è rapidissimo nell'asciugarsi e macchia gli indumenti, per questo bisogna aspettare prima di indossarli, di conseguenza cerco di utilizzare pochissimo prodotto in modo da ridurre questi aspetti negativi. Infine voglio segnalare una grande attenzione da parte del venditore, il prodotto arriva sigillato, nella confezione è presente un foglietto illustrativo in più lingue molto chiaro, è presente un mini calendario per appuntare quando si applica l'olio ed è presente un pezzetto di cioccolato in omaggio con tanto di lettera di ringraziamento per aver scelto il prodotto.
