Unsure if it's cure#1 or #2
The description of the salt mentions it as insta cure #1 which should be Sodium Nitrite, however the actual product label mentions Sodium Nitrate which makes it insta cure #2. This changes how much time one needs to give for the product to be considered safe for consumption. In case of cure #2 it should usually be more than 30days, that's the problem with this product.
