Very high quality and easy to assemble

It is good qulity but the second shelf did not have screws. I have to find it screws now.

Product and packaging was good but 2 bolts are missing . Because of that top tier is a little loose but not going to return. I have waited for this a long time.

paint is coming off, screws are not as per required diameter.I didn't return coz I had to use them for my exhibition and yes balance is also not proper.Buy at your own risk

So, I want to be crystal clear. IF you get a product ever with mold growing on it and defective/damaged (with used worn corners on wood) and not what was expected, ALWAYS return it. Amazon customer service is amazing at making sure customers get what they are promised. The ONLY reason I didn’t is because WE DO HAVE professional mold killer (FYI - NEVER USE BLEACH) so I knew I could safely clean it with disposal gloves on and protection over my face. AND, if it wasn’t Christmas time, and I had extra time to go run errands to the UPS store to make an easy return and get a replacement sent, I normally would. We’ve just been through a bad mold situation in our house and months later, are still trying to get things back to being 100% safe after throwing out over half of our things. I recently bought other tier shelves from another company and they’ve been so helpful with organizing. But they weren’t gray and I do like the gray tier shelves. I also want to be clear that this gray finish purposefully has a nice mixture in its color finish that includes some darker shading. So, I don’t want to be misleading with my photos. These shelves screwed in perfectly and were easy to put together like the ones I already have (once I heavily wiped these down using professional grade mold killer). They were exactly what I was needing, minus 2-3 shelves having clear mold growth on them (and in the box they came in) and the corners worn down as if they had been used before. They are great for cabinet pantry storage like organic soups, etc. It’s actually really sturdy, but not heavy to pick up and move. I imagine these tier shelves that I received had been sitting for a long time during the summer months in a lot of heat and humidity for them to arrive as they did. I genuinely hope this review has been helpful in simply giving everyone a heads up IF you receive tier shelves with mold growth and worn corners. Please always immediately return them either for a replacement or refund. Sellers rarely (if ever) see reviews asking for help in returning items. Contact Amazon Customer Service for help with that if you are unable to navigate their user friendly order returns. As frustrated as I was receiving these tier shelves in bad condition, I would personally consider purchasing another set just to try again and see if I could get exactly what I was trying to order BECAUSE locating these gray colored tier shelves were not being offered by lots of sellers like the different shades of brown seem to be.
