Since discovering Tesa Power Strips I have been a fan of their hooks. They are so much neater than the horrible white plastic offerings from 3M which are in all the shops. These particular oval chrome finish hooks are big enough and strong enough to take a coat or two dressing gowns. I never had one fall off - and the beauty of these is that it takes a moment to unclip the hook and release the adhesive by pulling on the tab if you want to put the hook in a different place. Ideal for use on veneered hollow doors which would not be strong enough to take a hook with screw fixing. Great in the shower for hanging cloths, mops or shower gel.

The adhesive won't hold for long, however I opted for some Loctite and they have remained stuck on ever since (this was about one year ago) even with multiple coats hanging from the same one. I'd say they're a good buy if you don't mind a permanent mark on your surfaces.

these hooks are not very well designed at all. The sticky pads dont even hold up a face cloth on the hook, they regularly fall off the door and have to be re-applied. Dont go for these due to their nice looks just get a screw in one its less frustrating!

Whilst you would not expect them to hold excessive weight, they do not hold anywhere near the publicised weight. Unless you are buying these to hang such things as pot towels on, save your money!

I've been using these for at least 5-6 years, Yesterday was tge first time a guest hung a towel on one and it fell... Hopfully it was a singular occurrence... Love them. Wish they came in a widwr variety of styles

Habe die Haken teilweise schon viele Jahre im Haus. Hält tadellos. Wenn Mal einer wo anders hin muss, braucht man nur einen neuen Powestrip. Die alten gehen rückstandslos wieder weg.

Nachdem wir vor Jahren schon mal genau diese Halter gekauft hatten und diese sich top sind, muss ich bei diesen eine schlechte Bewertung hinterlassen. Zwei Packungen gekauft. Nach dem anbringen auf unseren, natürlich vorher gründlich gereinigten, Fliesen haben wir 48 Stunden nichts dran gehängt. Als die Handtücher dran hingen viel jeden Tag ein anderer wieder ab. Tesa ausgetauscht da wir dachten das es evtl. daran liegt. Wieder abgegangen. Nochmal neue bestellt in der Hoffnung hatten einfach Pech mit diesen. Gleiches Prozedere wieder. Sie halten einfach nicht. Haben nun andere und vor allem auch günstigere bestellt und die halten super. Wollte die passenden zu den schon vorhandenen aber sollte nicht sein. Echt schade. Die Haken sind sehr gut und lassen sich durch das System immer wieder ersetzen. Ich hatte schon mal welche, die nach 25 Jahren die silberne Farbe verloren hatten. Also Haken ab, Halterung war noch dran und neuen Haken auf die Halterung rauf, fertig.
