Works well
Easy set up and the app worked. Prints are fine. I'm not using this for photo printing so can't comment on that, but regular printing looks good. It seems a little slower to start than our old HP cartridge printer, but haven't had any problems so far. Overall very happy

Gives the impression its well made.
It only took me less than an hour to set up. Following the online instructions was ideal and very efficient. Before getting a Canon, which I have used before, I tried E****n, all three of which had to be returned. Either faulty or due to bad setting up instructions through APP, or unable to register the Serial number. I've never had problems with Canon and hope this will continue.

Straightforward
I am really happy with this printer, set up was very easy to my computer, wireless so no more lugging the computer to the place where the printer was to connect via usb which was how I connected my old printer. This wireless connection makes things seamless. I particularly like the way it will convert scans to file and save them in the correct identified folder to the computer, one step straight away, very helpful. The website and connection is great, very well made and the print quality is very good, much better than my previous printer which was 10 years old and was retired which is why I went with this one, purposefully for the ink tanks and I am very happy with the ink bottles and usage of ink for the prints. Overall, very good.

Faulty product
This printer has been faulty and not working, more times than its worked. I have contacted seller, replaced faulty party, few days later it broke again. I have request a refund and to return the printer. But this is still ongoing

The printer was easy to set up and printed which is a bonus and better than the hp printer it replaces.

Affordable and cheap to run printer.
This is great because it uses ink bottles instead of cartridges which seem to run out at the most inconvenient time - when you have an important document to print. Was quite easy to set up. I would have preferred a tray for the paper instead of hanging out the back. Tried it with the glossy photo paper and the resolution is perfectly good enough unless you are doing high grade professional work. All in all didn’t cost a fortune and does the job.
