Bit large for me to swallow
They are really big, however I crush them in a small re chargeable grinder into small bits then mix them in a spoon full of plain yoghurt.

Large and difficult to swallow
Waiting to see if they help but as others have said difficult to swallow, could do with a coating as they’re so large. I found swallowing with a hot drink helps it seems to melt them a bit, otherwise they can get stuck which isn’t pleasant. Good value though.

Large tablets, surprisingly easy to take.
I've been using the Zipvit Plant Sterols for a few weeks now, taking the recommended three tablets per day.
