Review: Actually Awesome. - So much better than I thought it would be. Couldn't find an ATAK case and mount solution for my old S9+ that I repurposed for my bug out kit. This and it's current Otterbox worked perfectly. Flexible fit, sturdy, looks great. camera cut out is useful for bodycam recording, and overall great build quality. Tighten the hinge screw. Mine was juuuust loose enough for the hinge to open wider than I'd like when using it handsfree.

I hadn't realized how pervasive they had become, but it seems so obvious as a low cost solution to maps, coms, command and control etc over custom solutions to just have your phone, flip it down, and see what you need before flipping it back. Easy to mount on my plate carrier and easy to put my phone into which is an iPhone 14. Held it securely and didn't obscure the screen.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Serves its purpose

For the price the build quality is probably the best you can get. Holds the phone very securely, however, the hinge used when opened cannot support the weight of my phone in a “half open” or “L” shaped form. The weight of my phone causes the hinge to open completely to an exaggerated degree I don’t quite like. I cannot see any way to tension this to allow me to keep it open at a degree that I want it to stay at. That being said, for the price point I don’t think you can get much better.
