Is this padded or non padded

There is a slight padding but not to much. It's super comfy

I'm a 38d or e, but it's recommending size l, which only goes up to 36b. any suggestions as to which size i should buy?

I'm a 34E (12/14) and both the L and XL fit me well. XL being the littlest bit loose. From what ive gathered, theyre pretty good on their recommendations.

For reference I’m a 14 and 36 DD/E and went with the xl . It fits perfectly and is by far the most comfortable bra I’ve ever worn . There is some stretch in the cup size so perhaps a medium would work ?
