Yes, the mustard oil can be very much used for cooking. This cam range from sautéing, deep frying, cooking all vegetables and non-veg. dishes.

Hello, thanks for your interest. The mustard oil is not in glass bottle but food grade PET bottle. We have not used glass bottles as the logistic costs would have made the product expensive. It has expiration date is mentioned which is 12 months from the date of packaging. The current stocks available have expiration date of Dec. 2018. Thank you

when is he best time to use this oil on hair. Before shampoo? at night?

I like to use it before shampoo. My hair is fine, so if I leave it in too long it gets a funny texture.

Does this oil help with Stretch marks?
