Excellent product! I bought this product in November after reading about the benefits of amino acids during and after strenuous workouts. I take these before my morning workouts and in the evening before bed during strength training days. It's helped tremendously with energy and stamina during my workouts and decreased my post workout recovery time. The biggest benefit I've seen is how quickly I recover from strenuous workouts, especially on strength training days. It's reduced the amount of time it usually would take me to recover from muscle soreness, stiffness, fatigue, etc... I really noticed the difference after a very challenging strength day when I started to feel extreme muscle soreness later in the evening. I took these before bed and in the morning, was shocked at how good I felt. Normally I would be so stiff and sore as my muscles recovered. I had little to no muscle fatigue, stiffness or soreness and felt energetic. I'm seeing results because I'm able to train harder and more consistently due to increased recovery time. As usual, consistency with healthy eating/workouts are key so this complements my overall training program. I'm very happy with this product and will continue using it.

Honestly, this is my secret weapon for building significant muscle in my late 40s. I don't do creatine much because it makes my face puffy, but this seems to give me similar some similar benefits. If I take it before a workout I have super powers. A visible pump remains in my muscles for days after taking just one. And I also have a CBS gene mutation with processing protein/sulphur and clearing ammonia, and apparently this helps the liver do that, converting safely into urea so it doesn't cause any issues (physical and/or mental!). Besides that it's probably helping my body produce HGH, contributing to the muscle growth and maybe even neuroplasticity/neurogenesis. It's always a roll of the dice with supplements, given human's fairly limited knowledge about these complex systems, but I feel like this one is worth it (fingers crossed!

I mainly got these for the price. I'm not sure that it really enhances anything or at least I haven't noticed. Maybe I need to double my dosage.

I use NOW for all my supplements. The prices are good and so are the products. My energy level has improved and all my lab values are now in normal range. Vegan capsules so no bad taste.

I m use it because I exercise in gym a lot and those supplements helps me recover faster and have less muscle pain on the next day

Didnt really get this for sleep issues. Wanted to cleanse out my blood since I heard these ingredients do the job. And mannn did it help. I would frequent use the bathroom for urination. So I felt that it was cleaning out something. Then not sure if these amino acids help with the muscle building but it sure feels and looks like it at the moment. I take one in the morning and one at night. So far im feeling it. Will def continue to get these. I dont give 5 stars out too.

I like the quality and the fact that they're not trying to hide anything with their product labeled. I use these when I was in my much younger years as a supplement and I believe from what all is written about them that they are good at what they claim to be doing. They were fresh no issues with containers or anything I would buy them again gladly.

Severe bloating, stomach upset 😡 is caused after consuming this pills. Stopped taking after consuming just for few days. Not Recommended.
