Very well made
I really appreciated that it came with a guide to show you how to build up tolerance and stand on it longer. The guild also detailed which pressure points on the feet helped release stress and tension on certain parts of the body. Also came with incense that smelt lovely. Overall was very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anybody.
