A: Please ensure the water pressure is not below 0.25 bar, or that you have a good water supply in high-altitude areas. If the water pressure is low, an additional pump and 12V power supply are required.

**Q: What size are the fittings for the water inlet and outlet?**
A: The gas inlet, water inlet and outlet sizes are 1/2" BSP.

**Q: How to winter maintenance?**
A: Please open the drain plug located at the bottom right of the water heater. You can do so by turning in a counter clockwise direction. Please disconnect all incoming and outgoing water lines to ensure proper drainage from the water heater.
