Is this item the medium or large drop pouch? The description and measurments say it's medium, but when I add it to my cart it says "Large".

It is large enough to hold 50 rounds of 2 3/4" 12 gauge shotshells with room to spare. It folds up nicely but has a lot of room for ammo. Great pouch, used it on shotgun training and it worked well as it held all the ammo I needed for that round of shooting.

Does this hold the 33 round Glock magazines and how many if it does?

I’ve been able to put six 30 rd AR mags in it.
