The chair is heavy but seems sturdy. I am using this bed sleeper chair in my Dodge Grand Caravan as I travel around the country. As a chair it is very comfortable. I like that I can place my feet flat on the floor and the back of my knees are not irritated. (I'm 5" 2".) As a bed, it is uncomfortable, but I kept my 3" foam mattress pad. Since I am using it as a bed, it works. The armrests and legs were easy to attach. DO NOT use a knife to open the box, cut the packing tape gently along the box surface. It is stated on the box and I am glad I took heed. The mattress is not protected by anything but plastic. The chair reclines easily. The only thing I do not like is the legs at the reclining portion. Since I am using it exclusively as a bed the legs are down, but in that position, you cannot rezip to close that opening. The zipper will go only as far as where the legs are. It would be better if the design allowed for the legs to be at the end of the opening so where the zipper stops, the opening is closed. I selected the beige. It isn't the most attractive color, but I won't be looking at it with bedding covering it!

I found that this chair sleeper is perfect for someone short (5ft) like me. I can sit comfortably while my feet actually reach the floor. It is well built with good material. It's a bit narrow and and the cushioning as a bed is inadequate. In a lounging or sitting position it is a nice piece of funiture-- as a bed, not so much.

I was looking for convertible chairs for a multi-purpose room that serves as a corner office, gym and guest bedroom. I specifically smaller ones that can fit the area. These fot perfectly in my space. I like that they are low, which makes them cozy as reading chairs. They fold out low as beds, which is great for the grandkids when they sleep over. And they are sturdy enough to hold grown up guests on a random sleepover. The fabric is easy to spot clean an/or vaccum and the design is so sleek.

Its tiny, low to the ground, and hard as a rock. Spend money elsewhere.

Nice chair but hard as a rock! I don’t know how anyone could ever sleep on it without an added cushion. If you want a flat butt, sit on it a while!

It’s small and cute. Easy to assemble. I assembled it in 20 minutes during my lunch break. I bought this chair for my job so I can chill during my mandatory lunch hour. It’s pretty sturdy and firm (not soft) but for my purpose it’s fine. FYI, it’s pretty low. Lower than my office chair.
