A waste of money and time.
This book seemed like it was written by and for someone trying desperately to reassure themselves with saying the same crap over and over again as if chanting infront of a mirror. No real info to learn from either. Seriously?! I can't believe I spent MY hard earned money on a waste like this. Who knows; maybe someone else will see it as constructive brain fodder. Good luck.
