First of all, this was made in China for those who want to buy American. Having said that, this pan is great. To be clear, I've only used it once, and will update if anything changes. I was using a Hexclad pan to cook eggs, disappointed as the eggs always stick to the pan. This pan is just the opposite. I scrambled eggs, nothing stuck, cleanup was all of 20 seconds. Quick wipe with a soapy sponge was all that was needed. The pan comes with the handle unattached, takes less than a minute to attach it with a screwdriver they supply along with the pan. (And it's a good functional screwdriver.) Bottom line, the pan is very inexpensive. I got the 8" version which is perfect for eggs/omelets. The pan is a little bit deeper than I expected which I find a great feature. And the glass lid from my Hexclad pan fits reasonably well, so that is another plus.

This frying pan is the perfect size for everyday meals. I mostly use it to cook eggs, tortillas, and other small portions, and it works really well. The nonstick coating does an excellent job. Food slides right off, even with very little oil, which makes cooking and cleanup much easier. After using it, it washes clean in just a few minutes without food sticking to the surface. I also like the wooden-style handle because it’s comfortable to hold and stays cool while cooking. The pan heats evenly, and despite its compact size, it’s ideal for quick breakfasts or simple meals for one or two people. If you’re looking for a small, reliable nonstick skillet for daily use, this is a great option. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and has been a great addition to my kitchen.

I purchased this larger frying pan because High bought the 8 inch version last year and I absolutely love it! Nothing is better for eggs! They slide out of the pan with minimal use of oil or butter. You could literally put half a teaspoon of oil in the pan so there’s the thinnest possible layer on the bottom, and your food won’t stick. There’s also helps. Avoid the super sticky brown residue that accumulates on frying pans from heated fats. Thus, these pants are so easy to clean! I don’t put mine in the dishwasher, so I don’t know how the nonstick surface would hold up for someone who doesn’t hand wash. Interestingly, you receive the body of the skillet, the detached wood handle and a very nice solid Phillips head screwdriver to install the handle! It’s a little bonus!

I was looking for a small pan to cook some scrambled eggs for myself. I have a ceramic coated pan that I hardly ever used and the eggs would just stick to it. This one is great. No stickage! Super easy to clean as there are no bolts holding the handle. Great little pan for the price.

I really like this pan a lot.I have been using the 12.5 " frying now as our primary fry pan for about 9 month. The non stick coating has held up well mostly though I have started to notice some sticking when cooking eggs and it's very discolored. We only use silicone and wood utensils with our pans so no scratching as the cause. The pan seems harder to clean now as well. I may have to try the lemon juice the .mfg mentions for cleaning stubborn spots. The pan gets used daily for eggs,pancakes, French toast. It's used for dinners for various dishes. We have definitely gotten our money's worth. All in all I very pleased. The only reason I took a point off is the handle is not oven safe which is a shame as it could add utility.

The cooking surface is incredibly smooth and truly nonstick. Food releases easily, and only a small amount of oil is needed. The handle is comfortable to grip and stays cool while cooking. The size is perfect for preparing smaller portions, making it ideal for one or two people. Cleanup is a breeze. Although the manufacturer recommends hand washing to extend the life of the pan, I've put mine in the dishwasher several times and it has held up very well. Overall, I'm very pleased with this pan and would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been eyeballing these ceramic pans for a while. The pan itself is vey light and the wood is very tight grained, alder, maple, walnut maybe? It doesn’t say. But the fit is tight and smooth. I’m using it on gas flame. I let some olive oil and butter get way too hot, cooked some vegetables. Now, pan looks no worse for wear, and it cleaned up way easier than any pan I’ve ever had. I’ll never let go of my 12” cast iron skillet, but I’m replacing the other pan we used a lot and possibly a pot.

Love this small fry pan..it truly is nonstick ! It cooks evenly , did I say non-stop stick ?? The size is perfect for omelets, seems to be durable, ( I've used it several times ).... It's sharp looking and who cares if the handle is a plastic substance ? Seems to be scratch - resistant and it's very stable on the burner......One happy customer.

We bought it to replace a pan we burned to our friends. Now we want to buy a new for us! Very good quality.

Good product and a good price. Made my first omelet - and it turned out great. Just for the uninitiated, the single product comes in two parts - the pan and handle + a spare screw, for those who decide to assemble the unit at the sink. Also comes with a 'you beaute' screwdriver that would cost ten bucks at Bunnings.

This is one heck of a great frying pan! For the money, you can't beat it! It is truly non-stick and works well on induction stoves. It takes a little longer to heat up on medium to lower setting than the cheap thinner pans, but this is a thicker pan and very solid. Follow the initial seasoning instructions to a "T" and you won't be disappointed! Everything slides right off without having to shake or use utensils. Clean up is a breeze but let it cool before washing it and then let air dry. Don't use metal or other hard/abrasive type of materials/utensils on it. The pan comes with a handle that requires assembly. It includes a decent quality Philips screwdriver for assembly. Again, follow the simple directions. This pan feels very sturdy as does the handle. I recommend ordering the one with the lid, but you can buy the lids separately and the fit perfect!! I highly recommend this pan. I've tried those titanium pans, ceramic, honeycomb/hex type and they all fail! This pan passes with flying colours!

Great pan, just don't heat it too high, ever ... and start off low to medium heat, using some kind of oil or fat each time. Holds up well, had mine over a year.
