AWFUL aftertaste, never tasted blueberries at all.
To be very specific here we used a very standard recipe for cream cheese frosting: 280 grams Philadelphia cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter (softened), 500 grams icing sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Made about 1,000 grams of frosting. We had purchased a 15ml bottle of the natural blueberry flavouring. Oddly, it had no blueberry smell to it. The drops looked like concentrated blueberry juice when dropped onto the above ingredients. For a split second when first stirring in the drops there was a hint of blueberry color that went away when fully mixed in. Foodie Flavours own directions state that when baking one might have to add a bit more flavoring. 5 drops = no taste at all. 10 drops = same. 15 drops = same. 20 drops = slight hint of something weird, but certainly not blueberry tasting. 25 drops = stronger hint of something weird, starting to be almost metallic in aftertaste. 30 drops = very strong metallic aftertaste that took ages to get rid of. Made the sides of the back half of my tongue taste / feel weird. Still not a single hint of blueberry flavouring. This is supposed to be a brand used by professionals?! I can't recommend this product in the least little bit. It ruined my entire batch of frosting, and I am NOT happy.

Mixes well, tastes fake
These flavours have mixed well with everything I've tried so far (milk, water, butter, chocolate). Video shows the plum flavour in water. Doesn't mix as well in butter, but still well enough to use. The flavour is definitely a fake, chemical type of blueberry. It's not what you'd expect from a nice blueberry muffin or even blueberry candy, but it's still quite nice if you're up for it. I've been using it mixed with melted butter on popcorn. I guess I would just about call it blueberry still. I would say this is my favourite of the flavours I've tried so far (candy floss, plum and blueberry). They definitely aren't a natural flavour and don't necessarily taste like what I would expect them to. But I would still be open to trying more from this brand. They mix well and to be fair I've never found any flavouring that actually tastes how it says. I would avoid it if you have your heart set on a specific or natural flavour. But if you're more happy to just see how it goes I'd give it a try and see how you feel for yourself.

Perfect
Great great product. Already tried it for hot bakes and cold deserts and it did the job for both. The taste is very nice and very close to original taste. Also it is strong enough that you need only couple of drops. It has very dark colour but that does't make huge impact to the desset color as you using only couple of drops. As and excample I was making flavoured yogurt and for 500g I used 5 drops of flavour, couple of berrys and sugar - that was the best yogurt I ever ate lol. However for hot bakes you need 2-3 drops more. Definitely would recommend

Wonderful!
It is absolutely delicious! I did not bake with it yet, but a few drops in yogurt are amazing. I am on a very low carb diet, so fruits are quite tricky, but these drops satisfied my crave for blueberries so far! Obviously needs some kind of sweetener on top if you want the 'real' sweet blueberry flavour, but I used some vanilla stevia or just low carb sugar and it was fine! No strange or chemical aftertaste at all.

Great for homebrewing
Smells delicious. Also, for the benefit of any homebrewers reading these reviews I can confirm this works really well in beer. I added half a bottle of this plus a full bottle of the creamy buttery caramel flavouring to a 5 gallon batch (it's a matter of 'add some, taste, repeat' until you reach the desired flavour) and was really pleased with the result. Beer smelled and tasted delicious. I could've gotten away with using more of the blueberry but lesson learned for next time.

Awful
Absolute rubbish! It tasted of Ribena (blackcurrant) not blueberry and had a really bad aftertaste ยฃ8 for 15ml and the label says to use 5.5ml per kg so a third of the bottle, this makes this brand the most expensive food flavouring available and it isn't very strong nor is the flavour any good. Very poor value cost wise and awful taste wise, seems like a a total rip off, I will stick with my usual brand, just thought they looked interesting and had a lot of good reviews but is actually a very poor product. Typical of a mass market brand you find on supermarket shelves. I bought 2 to try and both are equally bad, the blueberry and the raspberry.

Will not be purchasing again.
Very poor flavour. More of a cemical taste than anything else when you use enough to taste anything at all.
