The lid breaks quickly

MY OPINION CHANGED IN LESS THAN A MONTH. I purchased 2 of these and initially liked them. BOTH lids have broken in less than a month. This is not acceptable. There is no way posted to get in touch with the company. I am getting an Amazon refund on one. But the other is (barely) over 1 month old.

Keeps it cold longer than advertised. But it is not dishwasher safe as described. And no I don’t use bleach on anything so that is not it!
