We use it as skin rejuvenator and also as cooking oil for some special vegetables like snake gourd & all naturally sweet tasting vegetables, this oil enhances their taste. And also mixing with camphor ( PACHHA KARPURAM, in telugu) if one uses it once in a while for massaging the scalp , it's a kind of booster for the health of scalp as well as hair.
