It works........but!
I picked up this door handle to replace a broken one on a full size Silverline 5800 sliding door (95 7/8" x 80"). Tried, but could not find the OEM part so I chose this one. Even though it is somewhat smaller overall, the bolt pattern matched up. It does work but as you can see from the pics the edges are somewhat sharp and can be a bit painful when pulling to open and close a full size sliding door. The original (still using on the outside as seen in the pics) was much easier on the hands.

The replacement fit.
Fit perfectly! Easy to install though I had to do a little filing on the slot that the mortise had to slide into but very happy with the results.
