I was annoyed when I saw how tiny the bottle. is. But I opened it and saw it is a thick paste, one teaspoon is the serving size and there are ten serving in the bottle. I made a dish with broccoli tofu mushrooms in coconut milk. One teaspoon was the perfect seasoning and it was delicious! It is a little pricy at eighty cents a serving but everything is pricy now.

It's sufficiently spicy rendang paste but lacks discerning flavor. Still I am glad to have it available if I cannot find better sauces to cook my rendang recipes. A tad too expensive for the amount you get in a tiny bottle.

Spicy but not overpowering; great on chicken pieces (breast meat). Good with angel hair pasta or rice

Yummy! Made a lamb and eggplant rendang and it was soooooo good. This great paste made it easy to cook up.

It’s the right stuff.So easy, just follow the simple recommended steps and you’ll get a perfect beef rendang.

A little pricey, given the size of the bottle, but this is very good curry. Very flavorful and works well with chicken and beef.
