Product is good but missing a bracket
It holds well but missing a helmet hook.

Works well. Wheel grab rails could be a bit wider
We have 3 mountain bikes and one hybrid bike and parked in opposite directions, it works well. For the two bigger mountain bikes the wheel grabbers could be a bit wider. They taper down toward the bottom so the wheels don't settle in fully. Still great value for money and does the job. Much better than piling the bikes against each other.

Very narrow
The stand is quite robust in build & easy to assemble (however there is a bit of play i.e. the screws donโt tighten fully - maybe its flexible for movt of the bikes. Not sure). The problem for me was, its supposed to be a 4 bike stand but the stand is too narrow so can fit maybe 3 kids bikes or 2 adult bikes at best. Couldnโt return it as I was travelling when it was delivered & was beyond the return date so using it with only 2 kids bikes at present.

Quality of the product
When assembling the bike rack there were a number of issues The pieces did not fit together simply and correctly, as a result the rack does not sit flat on the floor and is not correctly aligned unfortunately
