PRO Heavy Duty Mold and Mildew Stain Remover, 1 Gallon Bottle

I have outdoor curtains – about 20 of them creating a private space in our yard. We had a lot of rain this spring and we started to get mold spots and even some green mossy streaks. I wanted a cleaner without bleach and this worked very well! I got a sprayer and coated the multiple curtains at once. I used a deck brush to scrub what I thought would be stubborn spots and that seemed to help – but once the curtains dried the overall appearance improved greatly, even where I did not brush! It did a great job without creating a toxic cloud. Also, I used it to clear some stains in colored grout in our shower. It substantially reduced stubborn spots, I will take another pass to see if I can fully remove those marks!

I bought this to use on my boat’s upholstery. Was going to use a bleach solution but determined that the caustic effect that bleach has on upholstery. This product is not only gentle on fabric, it is every bit as effective as bleach in removing mold and mildew. (Unsure whether it disinfects as bleach would.) I now also use this around the house when mildew tends to show up. Just spray it on, let it sit for 25-30 seconds, and just wipe off. EZPZ. Will make sure I ALWAYS have a supply of this.

I used it to clean white/translucent slime (assumed to be mold) from a sump pit. After pouring a few ounces of liquid and some water on it, it started foaming without generating any fumes or odors. 30 minutes later I rinsed the pit/pump with multiple gallons of water and to my surprise all the slime was essentially gone, requiring minimal scrubbing. It says it is septic safe on the bottle, and it helped avoid the use of vinegar or bleach which could damage the pump.

Sort of Works but takes several applications and water rinsing when trying to remove mold on stone and concrete. It does not work on rust stain on concrete.

Item arrived in good condition, takes several applications to work on mild mold staining. reduced amount of larger older mold and mildew areas on caulking with applications applied with a damp cloth and left to sit over night. no strong smell. Rinces clean. only used on white surfaces.

Finally, the weather is warm enough to use this product on the mildew on my siding, but BUYERS BEWARE IT WON’T TAKE DUST OFF A VINYL SIDING, MUCH LESS MILDEW. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

The word 'pro' in this case means nothing. It works no better than the regular/ cheaper version
