Now getting a ‘short circuit protection has been activated’ please stop using Update: The manufacturer reached out and offered a replacement or full refund. Customer service is an A+. This is the service you get when you go for respectable brands

The worst Power Bank I ever used. The Battery drains out from 100 to Zero in less than one hr. Hence, I can’t charge my phone for more than ones. This is extremely frustrating, because it does say on the product description it does last for longer and it can charge more than 2 devices at the same time. But this is not true. Will never by Anker again. Just waste of money.

Its a great heavy duty power bank and does is job as advertised and does it well. Looks and feels premium enough. The display is quite informative. I would have bumped it to 5 stars if the 100w charging base was part of the package, but sadly it wasnt (and disn't even seem to be available for purchase in UAE). PS - Ideally I wanted to buy their new 27000 mAh prime power bank with similar functionality and form factor, but sadly it wasn't available in UAE and I needed one in a crunch, so had to pick this up.

The high power in charging in the battery and the high power in charging out my devices are exceptional. The display is very good and very helpful. I was surprised that it came with protective bag and a USB-C cable. It is a bit heavy but expected from a 20,000mAh power bank.

The perfect power bank and charges fast in and out

Just now i received this in my post .. opened the package and tried to use it to charge my phone and it failed to charge. I tired pressing the buttons and playing around ... showed me 50% charge ... then it started charging for few secs and then off. Kept repeating like that on and off for 5 mins... and didnt charge the phone either... I am shocked such a reputed brand and a expensive one and shame it didn't work. Worst thing is i am travelling tomorrow and now i dont have a powerbank. Very disappointing and i was so looking forward to travel with it... I dont know what to say... I spoke to the customer service right away and getting refunded right away. Customer service were helpful enough. But still it will not have a powerbank to travel with tomorrow : (

Necesitaba una power bank para mis dispositivos y tras mucho mirar, leer críticas y demás, esta Anker es perfecta para lo que necesito. Principalmente la uso para tener un poco más de autonomía con las Meta Quest 3, con la Asus ROG Ally y ocasionalmente para cargar algún dispositivo. En el caso de las Meta Quest 3, como no quiero un strap con batería incorporada porque aumenta el peso del dispositivo, uso un cable USB-C largo desde las gafas hasta el bolsillo del pantalón. Para la Asus ROG Ally, la conecto directamente y puedo seguir usándola mientras se carga. Finalmente, si marcho fuera y necesito cargar el móvil o algún dispositivo, puedo hacerlo sin ningún problema. En cuanto al producto, se trata de una powerbank de dimensiones considerables, 13x5,5x5cm. Fabricada en plastico, la parte delantera de color negro que es donde tiene la pantalla que muestra la información. Dispone de 2 puertos USB-C y un puerto USB-A. En mi caso, todo lo cargo con USB-C. Para cargar la powerbank, conecto un cable USB-C en el conector 1 ó 2 ( etiquetados como in/out). En la pantalla indica el porcentaje de carga y el tiempo que queda hasta que llegue al 100%. Por otro lado, el puerto USB-A, sólo permite cargar dispositivos (etiquetado como out). Usarlo es muy simple: se enchufa el dispositivo que queremos cargar y empieza a cargar. En la pantalla veremos el porcentaje hasta cargar el dispositivo y el tiempo restante junto con la potencia de carga (en W). Por otro lado, cuando no se conecta ningún aparato, podemos ver el porcentaje de carga de la power bank, la salud de la batería, el número de ciclos de carga y la temperatura en ºC y F. Finalmente podemos especificar el brillo de pantalla, el tiempo en el cual se apagará la pantalla automáticamente tras inactividad y el brillo de pantalla. En el lateral derecho tiene un botón donde al pulsarlo, obtenemos esta información. El dispositivo funciona a la perfección y permite cargar los dispositivos perfectamente y a buena velocidad. Decir que, al disponer de pantalla, podemos ver en todo momento el tiempo restante. Se incluye un cable USB-C y una bolsa para transportarla. Es cómodo y aunque no para llevar siempre, sí que es imprescindible en viajes, pudiendo cargar portátiles como el MacBook. Sin duda recomiendo el dispositivo!

Als Technik-Nerd und Freund hochwertiger Produkte war ich bereits länger auf der Suche, um dauerhaft mobil arbeiten zu können und auf Teammeetings und anderen geschäftlichen Veranstaltungen nicht immer mein Ladekabel für den Laptop mitschleppen zu müssen. Nach einigen enttäuschenden Erfahrungen mit ähnlichen Produkten bin ich nun endlich bei der Anker Prime Powerbank mit 20.000mAh angelangt. Sie lädt meinen Laptop (auf dem Bild war der Laptop bereits vollständig geladen) im leeren Zustand mit 100w, sodass ich fortan kein Ladekabel für unterwegs mehr benötige! Darüber hinaus lassen sich natürlich kleinere Geräte über USB-A und USB-C ebenfalls zuverlässig und GLEICHZEITIG laden! Über die Produktqualität von Anker-Geräten müssen wir wahrscheinlich nicht mehr großartig debattieren. Gehäuse in hochwertigster Qualität, es macht jeden Tag Spaß das Gerät anzufassen und zu bedienen. Die Power Bank ist mittlerweile im täglichen Einsatz für iPhone und andere USB-C betriebene Geräte, die mal eben schnell geladen werden müssen. Sei es die Musicbox, die im Garten mit Strom versorgt wird oder Ähnliches. Ich gehe nur noch selten länger ohne diesen Begleiter aus dem Haus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Anker-Support! Anfänglich benutzte ich kein 30W-Kabel für mein iPhone und war enttäuscht. Der Anker Support klärte mich aber schnell auf, sodass ich fortan auch hier mit dem richtigen Kabel zuverlässige Maximalpower bekomme. Wer Anker kauft, bekommt ein Rundum-Sorglos-Paket. Angefangen bei der Produktqualität bishin über den Support machen diese Produkte einfach nur Spaß. Natürlich gibt es NoName-Produkte zu günstigeren Preisen. Meine vorige NoName-Power Bank war bereits nach etwas mehr als einem Jahr am Ende. Ich gehe davon aus, dass ich mit diesem Teil weitaus länger Spaß haben werde.
