Safe and calming. Use after a meal or at bedtime.
This will calm you down and help you sleep but it also helps get your heart to slow a bit. I like taking it after a quick bite or a meal. I do not usually have upset tummy, but I think my body prefers using with some food before or after taking. Its is also good for Thyroid so I heard, but I didn't notice any difference as I take natural hormones and iodine anyway. Great for relacing and a sleep aide.

Works Really Well
I love the fact this company plants a tree with the purchase of every bottle. The products made by this company are top notch. Also the boxes they use to house their glass bottles are made sustainably with sugar cane. I honestly plan on buying all my vitamins and herbs only from this company.
