Old lady skin / no olive oil please
Olive oil is not the best carrier oil, I wish they would switch it to Jojoba oil or rosehip seed oil even sweet almond oil would be better. Olive oil : dermatological research shows it can actually damage the skin barrier over time. Olive oil is very high in oleic acid. For mature or thinning skin, too much oleic acid can cause microscopic disruptions in the skin barrier, leading to irritation, redness, and a loss of moisture—the exact opposite of what crepey skin needs.
