It says 2-3 weeks to ship -- how long before it arrived?

Ours was a shipped and delivered in 2 weeks.

Does anyone know what type of insulation it has in it?

it has foam board on the inside of the 4 side panels

what size filter does it take?

I took a physical measurement of the length and width and took it to a pool store near me the guy had a book and found the filter I need however he also has cleaner there that I used for the first cleaning online there is a spray cleaner to spruce it up between soak cleanings replacing the filter may not be necessary

Is the delivery at all like ordering from spa stores or do we need to figure out how to move it and get everything set?

I don't know about spa stores but ours was just left in driveway on its side.
