I'd give this ten stars if I could. Everything about this belt is better than other options I've tried, and I've tried quite a few! The support is wonderful. To answer a common concern, yes, the hole for your bag is smallish, but that's a good thing! It stretches, which eliminates the problem many covers have where they have a very imperfect coupling with the bag. This marries with the bag by virtue of that "smallish" hole, which is easy to use if you just take your time; your bag will be snug; no moving around; no wondering if it's pulling or pushing against your stoma; it just stays right on the collar of your bag and doesn't pull or move at all, which is ideal. I'm using a two piece Coloplast at this time (colostomy) and the fit is superb. There's NOTHING on this belt that isn't smooth and flat; nothing to prick you as happens with most other belt designs. I usually wear the coloplast belt (directly attached to the bag) and found with some designs of covers I'd end up with both the coloplast belt AND the cover belt, or you have to thread the coloplast belt through belt hoops which is tricky as heck. With this belt you will feel NO need to use the thin belt that attaches to your bag, and that's because of the perfect way the hole in this belt fits so perfectly around the "neck" of your bag. No more trying to click the little belt nubs into the receiving holes on the bag! Once you have this belt on, you'll feel it wrap around your waist up high, and it's not falling down, never feels like it's in the "wrong place" or needs to be pulled or adjusted! You can sit in a chair and not wonder if the belt is pushing up; it stays firmly wrapped around your body. This is the only cover/belt that makes me feel absolutely confident. I'm a 30 inch waist and the medium size fits well, but the belt is a bit too long, so I'm going to try a small, which I think will be perfect. UPDATE: I got the small one, and the small and medium are identical other than the length of the belt. For me, with a 30-inch waist, the small is perfect. Highly recommended!

My husband has been talking about getting one of these for years. I finally broke down and just bought it for him, and surprised him with it. It definitely helps his confidence with his ostomy appliance not being noticeable under his shirt. And it definitely hides it better than him just wearing an undershirt. It's really easy for him to get the ostomy appliance in the pouch, as well as empty it while the device is on. He does need help putting the belt on if he puts his shirt on first, but that's only because he can't hold his shirt up out of the way and make sure the Velcro lines up at the same time.

This Bag Cover is VERY durable and pretty easy to use. It made ALL the difference for my husband - feeling comfortable going out in public after getting a colostomy.

Hubby did not like this. It feels bulky. The main thing not liked is having to unzipped the bottom to check the pouch to see if it needs to be emptied. Does not recommend it for everyday wear - but may come in handy when at a public pool or beach to conceal the pouch.

I bought this to save money and it ended up costing me more money because I ended up having to buy the original one. I would not recommend buying this product unless you’re a very slender person. The Velcro did not work well for my husband who is on the larger size, we ended up going with one that had an adjustable belt with out Velcro and we were much happier with that one. I wish I had not bought this one.
