This tool is very easy to use. It has 15 degree angle adjustment to accommodate using from a sitting position. It cuts long tough stemmed grass very efficiently. the size is very convenient and being cordless makes it very good garden areas. I consider mine to be a good value choice.

Bravo! This cordless hedge trimmer came just in time for me to trim back my plants’ new wild spring growth. I can develop the shape of my young shrubs and trim off all the seed heads of my perennial flowering mounds of ibiris and ground perennial geraniums so that they will continue to bloom. The blades are super sharp and so be careful to wear gloves or have bandages and antiseptic wipes along with you in the garden. I sprayed and rubbed some lubricating oil, WD40 on the blades after my trimming which helps remove possible gumming up and rust in the future. Of course, I easily cut a little tubes hose in my drip irrigation system that got in my way as I so excited at the ease of this previously tedious job. The 20V power supply battery makes the saw strong enough to not get stuck on every branch and it held its charge thru the entire non- stop 30 minutes of what used to be several hours tedious work. I used the short blades for my whole job today. I was glad to read that replacement blade assemblies are available on the manufacturers home page too. Pre-charge so you won’t be disappointed to have to stop midway. You may trim more than you had planned as it’s so rewarding a tool.

I have generally stopped giving reviews, but de used I needed to report on the Saker CordlessTrimmer. This trimmer is better than I expected. What I needed was a grass trimmer. I didn’t think I needed the hedge trimmer attachment, because I have an excellent 22” trimmer. But it cannot get close to the ground, while the Saker can. The blades seem sturdy and the extra battery and carrying case are a plus. I cannot speak to longevity, but in three days’ usage, it seems capable. The instructions warn against cutting branches greater than 0.3”—I think even that is a stretch. It operates easily with one hand and is light. Blades and battery swap out easily; the blade covers are better quality than expected. Do not think this will replace a full-sized hedge trimmer or a string trimmer, but for light trimming of both shrubs and weeds, this could be exactly what you need.

It is as specified, works very well and does what I need it for. It is not heavy and I find it comfortable to handle. It cuts though different shrubs, and grass. Easy to us and swap blades no problem, the prices is good.

this item is worth every penny and more, I was able to trim all my hedges and fine tune the edges. the battery lasted longer than the home improvement project I needed to do. extremely pleased with my purchase easy to handle

Bought this because I needed to help my elderly sister with her overgrown yard. She had weeds knee high and bushes growing past the roof line. There are minimal directions. I know it should be self explanatory but it was not for the novice like me. I liked the two batteries and charged them both before I went. One battery lasted me the whole 2.5 hours of intermittent usage and I could have kept going. I had to take breaks because it just killed my hands. For safety reasons, you have to squeeze and hold the trigger and top button at the same time so prolonged usage is almost impossible without gloves. I have blisters. The short grass blade was AMAZING and worked great on the tufts of weeds and crab grass. It reminded me cutting hair the way it zipped through. The hedger on the hand it almost pointless. Its 9 inches which I thought could be enough but its not for large bushes. The reach was a lot. It also will not cut anything much thicker or harder than a leaf. My bush had twig sized branches that I could snap with my fingers and it would just jam so I had to stop a lot. I was surprised. This is great for the casual small gardener doing touch ups, but not for larger areas. In retrospect, I wish I spent more for something bigger and more powerful.

Love this trimmer. I’ve gone thru many but this one has held up and I use them hard. The beginning of this summer the short blade stopped working. Otherwise product was still awesome. Contacted the company thru Amazon and asked about purchasing short blade separately and explained how the main part was still working great and batteries still holding long charge. They contacted me that same day and offered to send two blades - long and short, although long one I had was still working fine and they would send with no charge. Now who does that in this day and age. Just received both today and I will forever order from this company in the future. Thank you Saker. Much appreciated!!

I love the grass shears, I have a horse and the paddock is to far from the barn and the battery tools are perfect for the job. Some of the weeds have stems that are so thick and roots that are so deep they are hard to pull. This tool makes me work so much easier. Thank you
