Used this to carry my Zepbound, sharps, and other injection supplies on a trip. Worked great and kept everything cold from from home to a refrigerator at my destination and back (over 7 hours each each way). Absolutely no problem with TSA as the ice packs stayed frozen on the way to the airport. I thought the zipper worked smoothly and the one I got seemed well constructed. It was worth it!
