As someone with oily and acne-prone skin, I’ve been using Dermatac Salicylic Acid Cream for the last 3-4 years, and honestly, it has suited my skin really well. It has been genuinely helpful in keeping my skin clear and managing breakouts. One thing I want to mention, especially if you’re using it for the first time, is that you may notice more pimples during the first week or 10 days. It can feel like the cream is making your skin worse, but don’t panic. Your skin may take some time to adjust, so give it a little time and observe how your skin responds. After around 15 days, you may start noticing your skin looking and feeling better. Also, this cream can make your skin feel dry. I personally use it on alternate days, and that works really well for me. If your skin feels dry, you can also follow it with a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer. Overall, after using it for so many years, I can say that it has worked really well for my oily, acne-prone skin. If you’re thinking about trying it, you can definitely consider it, but make sure you use it properly and give your skin time to adjust.
