Build Quality & Design The camera comes in a sturdy metal housing, which gives confidence it will handle rain, road grime, and daily outdoor use. The compact design means it doesn’t look bulky once fitted, and the black finish blends well with most vehicles. Image Quality Image clarity is good for the price point. The wide 170° fisheye viewing angle gives a broad field of vision, which is especially helpful for larger vehicles like SUVs, vans, or caravans. You can clearly see curbs, obstacles, and surrounding space, though the fisheye effect does introduce slight edge distortion. Installation & Adjustability Installation is fairly straightforward if you’re comfortable with basic wiring. The adjustable lens angle is a useful feature, allowing you to fine-tune the view depending on mounting position. Once aligned correctly, it provides a reliable rear perspective. Performance The camera performs well in typical daytime and low-light conditions. Reversing a larger vehicle into tight parking spots is stressful without a screen. Mounting the metal bracket above the number plate was easy enough, but drilling a hole to feed the cable through the boot lid felt risky. The video feed on the dashboard screen is surprisingly sharp during the day. The wide-angle lens captures a massive area behind the car, making blind spots practically disappear. In low light, the sensor adjusts well, picking up details clearly under streetlights. The video cable supplied in the box is simply not long enough for a medium-sized estate car. I had to splice in an extra length of wire to reach the front dashboard. The metal housing feels solid and has survived several heavy rainstorms without any water fogging up the glass lens. It makes reversing much safer, but the inadequate cable length turns a simple installation into a complicated wiring project.

In the box you get everything you need to install including all the cables, tape, cable ties, instructions. It supports CVBD by default but i cut the wire to switch to AHD 720P which gives a great clear picture. The camera is well made a nice unit and is fully adjustable. Support were fabtastic, I had a small issue with occasional blank/split screen image, contacted them via whatsapp and they helped me straight away. Seems sometimes you need a small filter to ensure the camera gets a stable 12v feed that isnt always the case on car wiring. I bought another one as I was very pleased with thr product. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good aftermarket camera.
