The product is good but the package that it arrived in was fully damaged. I ordered a replacement but that cancelled on the day of delivery saying that package arrived damaged too. I don't know why Amazon neglects the secure packaging of such electronic items.

If sound quality matters more than RGB/LEDs, this mic is a great choice at this price. 👍I bought the Maono DGM20 for around ₹3600, and it is definitely worth the price considering the sound quality and build. The audio is clear, crisp, and perfect for gaming, streaming, and voice recording. The only issue I faced was a non-working LED indicator, but this does NOT affect the mic’s sound quality or performance in any way. I reported the issue via email on Maono’s official website. Their support team is responsive, though replies usually take 1 day, so the full process took around 8–9 days. The wait was worth it because they didn’t ask me to return the defective mic and offered a full replacement. Now I have one DGM20 with only an LED issue and another brand-new DGM20 arriving soon.

Great microphone for gaming and streaming! I bought the MAONO boom microphone for gaming and voice chat, and I’m really impressed with the quality for the price. The microphone sounds clear, picks up my voice well, and is a huge upgrade compared to a normal headset mic.
