Beyond beverages, they enhance desserts, broths, and even serve as a natural, saponin-rich hair rinse. Perfectly packaged for easy brewing and versatile use, this product brings authentic Middle Eastern herbal tradition to your modern lifestyle.

## Features

- Identity & name: Dried Sidr (Seder) leaves from Ziziphus spina-christi—also called Christ’s thorn jujube—traditionally used as an aromatic leaf in the Middle East/North Africa.
- Flavor & aroma: Clean, green, mildly sweet herbal character; pairs well with mint, lemon, ginger in simple teas and blends.
- Brew guide (tea): Use 1 tsp crushed leaves per cup, add just-boiled water, steep 5–7 minutes, then strain; sweeten to taste.
- Culinary & infusion uses: Steep leaves to flavor syrups (for desserts & mocktails), or add a light handful to rice, broths, and stews near the end of cooking for a gentle herbal lift.
