Amazon should be reported to Trading Standards for selling items reviewed as ineffective.
Utterly ineffective. An overpriced spoof. I feel ashamed that I read, then ignored, all the negative reviews. These are the only truthful ones. The pictures showing ants swarming over these stations are blatantly fallacious - there is nothing effective in them. Which is why it is boasted that they are completely harmless to pets and humans! Thereby falsely cultivating a large market of safety-conscious consumers for a product that is of sufficiently low value to be an annoyance to return. The clue that there are no volatile, scent emitting compounds in these devices is that they arrive loose, without instructions/warnings, in their unsealed cardboard box. Effective chemicals would need to be preserved (e.g. by means of sealed sachets) until each device needs to be deployed. Further evidence is that ants are in no way drawn to the devices, let alone compelled to go into them. Save your time, money, patience and blood pressure. Avoid!

A good part of your anti-ant arsenal
Fairly effective, but careful placement is required. We also found that its very light so even the slightest gust of wind would move the trap, but its only effective where ants are travelling. Still needs spray and other things like desiccated sand in parallel

Goodbye ants
I think these bait stations may have had some mixed reviews when I came to purchase, but we took a chance and I'm pretty certain they have solved our ant problem. We have had a large number of ants around the front of our house where the resin driveway meets the wall. They have been excavating, leaving small mounds of fine dirt and even brick mortar, but because the actual nest is hidden, ant powder and sprays have not been effective. In trying to treat with copious amounts of ant powder, they've simply changed path and even managed to gnaw their way under the windowsill into the house. At this point we researched a bit more and decided bait traps were the next step. The one thing I will say, make sure you press the centre of the trap down, until there is a click or you can see the liquid bait ooze out a bit - it's literally one short line to describe this step on the back of the packaging and easy to miss, the traps won't do anything without this activation. Don't be too disappointed if your ants don't immediately swarm the trap, but make sure to put it close to the spot they emerge from/their preferred path. I've been checking everyday for about a week now, and we have had no sightings for a few days, just waiting to be sure before tidying up and filling the holes they have made. If your ant nest is hidden, I'd definitely consider trying some bait traps such as these.

Wouldn't Recommend. Try Another Product.
I should have read the reviews before buying... Slightly confused that other reviews show a different product? Who knows what you're gonna get ha. Anyway, the product I got doesn't look quite like the picture. Anyway, to activate this product you need to press down HARD to get the liquid to deposit. Even then, it felt like not much was coming out (so probably a lot wasted in the packet) and while the ants would go to it, it doesn’t last long so they never swarm, they just come and go lightly until it's empty. Poor product design unfortunately and, due to low bait volume, I have had to use multiple just to get them properly interested to attract more (although still not a lot compared to what is expected). I do think perhaps not enough transfer would have happened to kill the colony due to this. I guess time will tell but I'm not hopeful. 3 stars as it kind of works. I'm sure the bait itself is fine and good but the product itself is poor so it really lets it down.

Fast and effective
I know there are some not so positive reviews for this product be I decided it was worth a try because I could get them delivered quickly. We had hundreds of ants suddenly invade our home and we ordered these to try and deal with the problem. We popped one out where we could see the ants appearing and disappearing and another on what appeared to be their 'marching route' and bingo - 48 hours after popping these out in our home the ants are gone.

Seemed to have worked within 48 hours!
My Mother was having a serious problem with Ants in her home, and had tried powder and other methods to get rid of them, without much success - So, I found these bait stations on Amazon and thought it would be worth giving them a try. Within days, my mother reported that the Ants had gone! - These are easy to use and it is good you get 2 bait stations per pack. Would recommend.

Misleading description of use
The description implies it can be used outside. For use on patios and garden beds. Not sure how this works in practice as once you peel of the top there are holes exposed on the top of the bait station so can’t see how they are protected when it rains undoubtedly the holes will allow the rain to penetrate the station.Rendering it useless. It does say on the box for outdoor use. But description on the site is misleading.
