I have been taking these for just a little while, but find they are helping me very much. I have a bad back from an injury whilst nursing and these help with the pain, also with stiffness in my joints and circulation. I still sometimes take cayenne pepper tea, but find these are most convienient, especially when in a hurry or for holidays. The tablets are quite large but are easy to take. I would recommend this seller too.

Capsicum is a brilliant assistant to weight loss. By raising the internal body temperature of the consumer and cause their body to burn a few extra calories here and there. Oxford Vitality have high quality bags that are clearly labelled and I never get a broken pill. These are brilliant and arrived just on time!

I suffer from very serious leg cramping, enough for my muscles to damage themselves and the attachments to the bone. I noticed last year in India, I had no cramps. Having tried some various supplements I settled on chilli being the active ingredient in preventing the cramps in my legs. I do eat raw chilliest but these are sometimes quite ferocious. These tablets do seem to help, are pleasant to eat and help me a lot. Best not to let them rest in your mouth too long!

The tablets are only okay. They’re not hot at all and I haven’t noticed any difference but I’ve only been taking them about 3-4 weeks.

Firstly I received these very quickly and they came in two separate packets and through the letterbox. I started taking one before breakfast and one before dinner. As per the other reviews if you leave them sitting on your tongue they do get quite hot so be warned. Like most diet tablets they are not a miracle worker and you still need to diet. I haven't really had any weight loss but only been taking for just over a week, however they do help me go to the toilet after I've eaten so I guess that in itself is a bonus! For the price they are good value and very assistance with either weight loss or weight maintenance is welcomed. Will keep taking and see what happens.

Thrilled to bits with these tablets...I have only just gotten them and started using today and it they certainly curb my appetite. I am usually one to pick at anything edible or always craving something to nibble on and so far with these tablets I have not had the urge or interest...I am sure I will lose weight. As I said I only started today but I took a tablet with my breakfast and a tall glass of water and took another at midday as I was about to eat my lunch...they definitely doing something. I am also in the process of quitting smoking and not having the urges to eat in place of a cigarette is also fantastic. I am sure I will lose weight!

Was recommended this product by a naturopath for circulation problems, when my feet were icy cold. I can confirm that this product works, I only took one a day for a week and my feet were so hot I had to stop for a while and will take it every other day during the winter.
