Does it actually hydraulically lift the bike? I have a foot lever lift but at 63 I do not have the leg strenghth to use ir any more.

No, I was hoping the hydraulic jack would lift the bike up, but I have to put my full weight on the lever and stand on it to raise the bike. The jack does help slow the descent.
