It contains a really lovely, cooling and refreshing blend of oils which manage to both relax and re-energise one after use. I did not find the perfume over-powering and, on my skin, it was quickly absorbed leaving the delicate aroma of the essential oils it contains. At home in the evening, I have found it useful to help me de-stress and relax after a hectic day - and I find an application later in the evening before bedtime, helps me to relax into a good and refreshing sleep. This roll-on has a lovely blend of essential oil scents and currently comes at a very good price-point.
