Hello, looking to use this for rock painting,hand palm size, what’s the ratio?

The Plaster/Water Ratio is 100/35 - is this what you mean?

how long does this take to set i a 4inch deep mould please?

The plaster becomes solid in around 20 mins but hardens in 24 hrs.

How do you use this product - there are no instructions of ratio - time to dry etc with this delivery?

Plaster to water ratio (by weight). I use 100 parts water to 35 parts water. Mix for 2 - 4 minutes. Drying time depends on size of mould. As a rule I turn mine out to nice they have completely cooled. Then leave to dry for 48 hours to dry before sanding or painting. Hope this is helpful.

No it is not. No casting plasters are waterproof. You can put a sealer on the surface that would protect the plaster from rain and frost - Yacht Varnish apparently is very good.
