I bought this and popped it into my drawer. Some day I will make a stir fry I told myself. I pulled it out one day and cooked up some ground beef for tacos. I was amazed. It browned the meat wonderfully. Nothing stuck or burned. ( I cook everything on high) What was even better was the cleanup. I was able to pour off the residue and basically wiped the pot with paper towel. I did wash the pot after, but don'tknowifI had to.I use it now every day to cook everything. Nothing sticks and clean up is a dream. I used to scour my pots with harsh scrubbers and leave them soaking overnight. No matter what I'd still have discolored rings on the bottom no matter what I did. This pot is so sparkling and shiny that I leave it out on my stovetop.I have many pieces of copper cookware that I display in a rack because I love the look but face it who wants the cleanup?I was concerned because it is so light that it wouldn't be durable. Boy was I wrong. It has stood up to all kinds of sauces and meats.Sometimes I think I might see if they make a set of pots and pans but so far I use this for everything.

Use more than expected. Save spatter on stove when frying. Wish had rounded bottom like a true wok only think I'd change.

how big it is and it cooks food very good, I have fried fish and shrimp, steamed oysters, brussel sprouts, carrots and all cooked perfectly.

This pan is great for stir fry as well as any thing else I would use a similar pan for. A squirt of soap and swish with a cloth and it is clean. I haven't cooked anything that takes any effort at all to clean and once I have even burned food in it.

Things do stick to this.

While the pan works nicely, the finish on the inner part of the pan chipped after using it only three times. I only used wooden and plastic spatulas with this pan. I am disappointed with the quality.

Copper has started to crack and bubble after using it only 4 times. Only used on low heat, with a plastic spatula. I have no idea how they can get away with selling this. It's totally worthless.
