Absolutely stunning. But there were a lot of pieces to put together.

Beautiful more then what I expected took about 5 hrs to put together but it’s worth it stunning

What a delight! It sparkles and makes me smile all over. I love it (NB The instructions could have been clearer; it was difficult determining which size crystal to use where. I spent a few days putting it together, so I could think about which crystal goes where, and studied some photos on the website to try to figure it out. I had another, smaller chandelier to put together and the instructions were perfect, so I knew they could have done a better job with the instructions for this larger, more complex chandelier.)

Very classy chandelier, exactly what I envisioned for our dining room. It does come disassembled and is quite heavy-we had to buy and install a heavy duty mounting assembly for it ( husband is very handy and he did it himself). We did spend the whole day attaching those little crystals, very tedious task. The seller was great-one of the plates broke during shipping and they promptly sent a replacement of just that part. Very satisfied!

Gorgeous. It took some time to assemble, and it's a bit difficult if you don't have the skill and patience. It's quite heavy. But if you show patience, the result is incredibly beautiful.

I purchased this chandelier on December 4, 2023. It was professionally installed by licensed electricians the 2nd week in March. The directions were poorly written and difficult to follow. It was absolutely STUNNING when it was installed and I loved it. During my first family dinner under the sparkly beauty this past weekend, there was a loud popping sound, then smoke came from the center of the light. I contacted the electricians and they came out to look at the light yesterday. It was discovered that the interior wire that came pre-wired from the company had a short in it and there was an arc. I've included pictures of the shorted wire. When I came back to Amazon to contact the company to get a replacement mid-section of the light, it was too late for a refund and also too late for support from the company. If you purchase this, you're taking a chance that yours could have a short and potentially start a fire in your home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Is the chandelier absolutely stunning, yes. Will you need to spend a pretty penny for professional electricians to assemble it. Yes. If your okay with that get it. It took a team of 3 electricians to assemble this beautiful chandelier. The wiring wasn’t the time consuming part. The time consuming part was putting all the crystals on one by one. It took them 4 hours.

Very happy with the purchase! Great quality and price! Large size, crystals are good and very shiny. Our dining room got much more beautiful 😍 Delivered was quick, and in a great shape, nothing was broken)) People saying it’s hard to assemble - of course it need some work to do. When you buying chandelier like this - this is expected))
